Department of competitive work on contract basis in interest of contractors providing services of specialized organization for bidding and other competitive procedures.
Within the provision of services of specialized organization of department employees provide consultations and full complex services in all issues of preparation, conduct and regulatory support of bidding and other competitive procedures, including:
- Preparation, organization and conduct of competitions, auctions (including in electronic form), requests for quotations, requests for proposals, and others (hereinafter - competition).
- Preparation of notification of competition, competition documentation and other documents within organization and conduct of competitions.
- Publication of information about competitions in unified information system, on electronic platforms, in other media in accordance with requirements of Russian Federation legislation.
- Preparation, execution and maintenance of protocols carrying out of competition.
- Monitoring of compliance with rules and regulations provided the Russian Federation legislation for organization and conduct of competitions.
- Claim work and settlement of complaints arising from carrying out of competitions.
