Main tasks of department - organization and implementation of supply of products, works and services for federal and regional state authorities and their subordinate organizations, interaction with government customers and suppliers (manufacturers) of products, conclusion and execution of government contracts and commercial contracts (supply, purchase and sale , agency, and others.).

Department actively participates in implementation of federal and regional target programs in the directions of Administrative Department of President of the Russian Federation and carrying out events at highest level.

The key task of department is material and technical supply of activity government authorities, subordinate organizations and commercial institutions, as well as financial and technical supply of activity Enterprise.

Monitoring and analysis trade markets and production sectors in purposes to create of actual database of suppliers of products to organization of supplies for state needs in accordance with established norms

Warehouse accounting

Organization of work warehouse of department, including formation of technical specifications for storage, forwarding and warehouse processing of goods, including placement, gathering and release material assets
