legal department is independent structural divisions of Enterprise.
Main goals and tasks of department are:

• ensuring legality activities of Enterprise;
• protection of rights and interests of Enterprise;
• methodical management of legal work at Enterprise.

Employees performs tasks of development of draft internal normative acts Enterprises, provision of legal and methodological assistance to the employees of the structural divisions of the enterprise, including the development of draft of contracts, agreements, claim letters, internal standard acts.
Employees of department represent interests of Enterprise in courts, state and municipal organizations and institutions as well as bodies executing administrative and control functions.
