HR department

Human Resources department is independent structural divisions of Enterprise and performs task of developing and implementing human resources policies to ensure structural units with highly qualified personnel, able to successfully solve assigned tasks.

Main tasks of department are:

  • personnel maintenance of Enterprise, research, selection and placement, creation of necessary reserve of vacant posts in structural units;
  • workforce planning (functional and quantitatively), relocation, dismissal, accounting and registration of labor relations with employees, training, evaluation of personnel;
  • organizational development, optimization of organizational structure and number of staff of Enterprise, aimed at increasing profitability of departments and increasing staff efficiency;
  • analysis of quantitative and qualitative structure employees of Enterprise with purpose of their rational arrangement (rotation), preparation of proposals on staff rotation;
  • motivation of employees and preservation of human resources potential;
  • organization and management of social work, maintenance system of benefits and compensation in accordance with collective agreement, compliance with labor laws.
HR department performs its tasks independently and in cooperation with other structural divisions of Enterprise.
